Transformational Design and Facilitation Lab
Training is for members who lead PD for WEA and/or their district.
Any questions regarding this training should be directed to Torian Hodges-Finch.
This three-day in-person workshop takes participants through a transformative professional design and facilitation learning experience that allows for more equity-centered practices, systems change, and a reimagining of what’s possible for adult learners. Drawing upon research-informed practices, adult learning theory, Universal Design for Learning, and liberatory design, participants will have the opportunity to take their projects through a rigorous, joyful, transformative experience in a learning community that’s excited to remake what’s possible in adult learning—and ultimately, feel inspired to reimagine systems that best serve and affirm the needs of all learners.
