WEA-Cascade UniServ Council, a regional office of the Washington Education Association, serves educators in the Edmonds, Northshore, and Shoreline school districts. We provide staff assistance and training resources to strengthen, promote, and advance public education, and advocate for the rights and livelihood of education employees. UniServ is short for United Services and this regional program gives members access to their union closer to home. UniServ staff assist members and locals with:

• Organizing
• Community Outreach
• Trainings
• Political Action Coordination
• Contract Enforcement and Collective Bargaining
• Individual Member Representation for Employment Related Issues
