Union Solidarity Night at the Mariners

Join the Seattle Mariners for Union Solidarity Night and enjoy a great evening at the ballpark! Come out to Safeco Field on Wednesday, July 10th and watch the Mariners take on the Boston Red Sox. Special pricing for union members is being offered for this game. Tickets are $15 for View Level seats (Typically $35).

Learn about success in 27 Washington schools
WEA staffer, Ann Randall, will lead a workshop called “Successes of Washington's SIG Schools" May 31 at the Mainstream Republicans of Washington's Cascade Conference at the Enzian Inn in Leavenworth. Washington’s SIG Schools have outperformed all others in the country in demonstrating improvements in reading and math. WEA-Retired Vice President Ken Mortland is facilitating the program, which will also feature speakers -- including Spokane members Barb Silvey and Debby Chandler, and Rogers High School Principal Lori Wyborney.
